Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, an exchange can be made only if the product is damaged or has size issues. Please read our Return/Exchange Policy at the bottom of this page to know more.

No, we do not accept Cancellations, refunds and exchanges for International Orders. Please read our Return/Exchange Policy at the bottom of this page to know more.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees and taxes.

To cancel an order, please write to us within 24 hours at customercare@reenarosedass.com stating your reason to cancel the order and please mention order details i.e. Reference number, size and colour.

Cancellation will not be approved if the email is received after 24 hours.
